Yang Style Tai Chi Chuan
Our Tai Chi classes focus on gentle restorative movement, Mindfullness, and healing QiGong.
We teach the 24 Posture Yang Family Tai Chi form, probably the most widely practiced Tai Chi set in the world, as the basis for our program. The slow rhythmic movement, internal focus, and deep breathing have proven health benefits for a wide array of conditions.
For those who are interested in a more robust and complete view of the art including martial QiGong, NeiGong and fighting applications, private classes are available.
After students are fluent in the Yang Family Short Form, they have the option of moving on to the 108 posture Long Form and the Chen Pan Ling Long Form.
